Do I have to do that? I'm new to the "friends only" thing. Because if I have to do that, I absolutely will. : )

Yeah, you have to add people back in order for them to see "friends only" (or f-locked) posts because those entries are locked so that only people on your friends list can see them. People adding you to their f-list just makes your entries show up on their friends page.

Also, as far as making all posts automatically f-locked. There IS a way to do it, but I can't remember how. But you have to have a paid account anyway, I'm almost positive.

LOL, you can do whatever you want. But another option is making it a community. Then if you make the entries locked, as long as the people have joined it, they can see the entries. And you can make it so that only you have posting access. Having a community also means more people can see your icons (via friending/joining). :-)

Now I just have to figure out how to make it a community!

I don't think you can switch from journal to community. You might have to delete it and remake it as a community, which is an option when creating a journal. :-)
