With my long-term memory blocked, I will
loop.
Srsly. I've actually done the walking-around with Post-It® notes thing before now, too, so Freefall has been trolling me something chronic recently.
Yes, I made the mistake of being in the proximity of the filthy undergraduates again. I also seem to have done something unpleasant to my spine. And then today the ECS network was ping-ponging enough to be useless for developing a web application (shudder), so I ended up losing all momentum and accidentally bulk-loading
jwz into my brain instead. (Given that's the level of cognitive function I'm currently at, I probably just saved myself from adding a day's worth of bugs and developmental dead-ends, anyway.) Again, some of it hits rather
close to home.
I'd rant about iTunes at this point, but the furious anger converter overheated and let out the magic smoke.
Trying to fit all of my PhD in my head at once to think about it is turning out a bit like
this, too.
Oh joy. I suppose insomnia driving me to the Mac has had one benefit-there's all my e-mail for today appearing, which had been mysteriously quiet. Conveniently all pre-marked as spam for no explicable reason! That'll be why Evolution was hiding it. Computers are awesome.
