I've been in Jamaica for three days now. This place changes me. I'm sure some of that has to do with the fact that someone here loves me and wants to marry me but even before that Jamaica did somethnig to my heart. Sometimes I wonder who would be if I lived here

I wish we could transfer those cultural values up here. Food is for sustenance. The body is for work.

When I get home I always manage to hang to those values for a little while but then end up bending...or something...forgetting, conforming. ACK!
