How many of us have clubs in districts that are considered to be "in transition"?
What are you doing to find new members?
Personally, the "in transition" designation bothers me because it is based solely on the number of members a district has, instead of how many people they've helped, how much money they raised, or something else that's related to the work we do. I'd much rather have 10 active members than 100 inactive ones.
Also, what exciting new projects are you working on that you'd like to see other clubs take on?
