I still have a ton of habits left over from CFUD
Comment, and I'll write how Peter feels about your characters! First impressions, etc. I swing any way. I might take forever to get back to you, depending on what I'm doing, or how well I/Peter/Jake knows your character.

Peter loves all his siblings, but Lucy has a special place in his heart. It's always been easiest for him to connect with her. Some of it has to do with the fact that she's the youngest child; Edmund had the middle child syndrome, and Susan's close enough to Peter's age to have the same eldest child personality. He's had struggles and arguments with the other two that he rarely has with Lucy. There's an understanding he has with Lucy that he lacks with Susan, mostly because Lucy's less likely to to be judgmental. Because of that, he's more open with her, and less likely to hide his true feelings.
Yarr, this is more difficult than I imagined, because Lucy's and Peter's relationship can't really be summed up in words. There's a childlike naivety that Lucy has, which is refreshing to Peter because it allows him to lower his guard. Naivety probably isn't the best word, it's more of an innocence that the other siblings lack, or have less of. The fact that Lucy has depended on Peter in the past reaffirmed his big brother doting side. While Edmund and Susan would shy away or find shows of affection silly, he knows Lucy will respond to them in all seriousness. There's an understanding Peter has with Lucy that he lacks with the others, and even if he wouldn't admit it out loud, Lucy has always been his favorite sibling.
I'll come back to Blue in a second!
