I'm alive, and I've got news!
I made it to VA in one peice, believe it or not. There were some issues, however. The biggest one involves the hubby. He was driving his POS Kia Sephia, which didn't make me very happy. We have a perfectly good used truck that I wish he had brought instead...So, we took the POS car. We get stuck on the New Jersey Turnpike because he RAN OUT OF GAS!!! Seriously. Ran out of gas. On the New Jersey Turnpike. Not cool. We called a towing company and were back on the road about an hour and a half later.
We got here on the 1st and it was certainly a breath of fresh air. Things I recognized were everywhere, including Chick Fil A and SWEET TEA!!! SWEET TEA!!! I'm happy.
I applied for a job and got it. I work full time at Dillards now, and I get paid about $1.50 more that I did at H&M. That makes me really happy.
So, If you need me, holla at a girl, yo.
