Winter here reminds me of a lot of things. Snowball fights and snow angels and witches and a hundred years worth of winter and Turkish Delights. It’s freezing. I wish I had another coat from another wardrobe somewhere. If only.

You know, I've spoken with a couple of people recently who were looking for housing or roommates. I know that Kyle Brooks, a friend of one of my flatmates, might need someone. But I'm not exactly authorized to just go offering for him.

Short term though, if you need someplace just to lay your head for a couple days, we've a couch.

I wouldn't mind a couch at all actually. Although it's all right. I think I'll hold onto where I am until I move in with someone on a sort of permanent basis. I appreciate the help though. I'm Ed, Edmund. And you are?

I work for him, or rather I do back home. Did back home, it's a complicated situation at the moment. But yes, he's a very good man. One of the best. And Caspian's a doll.

I was only teasing about the references.

They are both very good men. I think being in this world does make everything all the more complicated though.

This place gives complicated a whole new definition. But it's pretty interesting once you get your bearings. And yeah, they both are. I've met your brother once as well, he seems quite nice.

Sorry, it's not really very nice to tease people you hardly know, I suppose.

I'm inclined to agree. To term it complicated would be too kind, I think. Interesting doesn't come close - definitely intriguing, however. Peter? He is very nice. He'll be glad you think so.

Oh, no worries. I do it oft enough. I was just confused at first. I think my sense of humour is a bit old for this City.
