All of them are trained in covert ops and have varying degrees of martial arts weapons training, which, admittedly is a bit excessive for something of this nature, but if you want something done efficiently...
At any rate, Michael Westen is my second-in-command- if I'm unavailable, he can be trusted with orders in my place. Fiona Glennane is a former gunrunner with an excessive knowledge of explosives. Both of them are well-versed in the art of obtaining information, and Michael has the benefit of being a shapeshifter and I trust few people are going to argue with a wolf at their throat. Agent Casey is former NSA and something of a combat specialist. Michael Vaughn is... Well, Michael Vaughn is a decent enough point man.
Provided my daughter, Sydney, wants to be involved, her talents rank similarly to Westen's. As I said, we're spies. We tend to lean towards espionage and global terrorism, but we're hardly working for any governments now and what we are at this present moment are wanderers. Wanderers who don't appreciate the concept of being hunted like dogs.
Essentially, we'll do whatever we can.
