It's been an overly exciting week. But I'm too busy to blog about it. So instead, the results of my latest experiment:
Lapsang Souchang truffles actually work pretty darn well. The smoky flavor combines very nicely with the sweetness of the chocolate. I can't stand the actual tea-- just opening the box in the kitchen made me run for tupperware, because the smell is so awful-- but the truffles really do work.
In other news, I have a Library. Put enough wood-grain Billies with height extenders on them in the room, and you've practically got wood panelling. Or, in this case, book-panelling. Either way, it rocks.
