Bored? Nothing to do this evening? Actually excited about painting? Come to Pandemonium! I'll be teaching an introductory mini-painting class, which so far seems likely to be severely undersubscribed. (OK, so much of that is probably because we were totally lame and uncoordinated about that whole "publicity" thing, I'll have to see about changing that for the next session.)
If you're interested, though, the class is cheap at $2 including a mini to take home; and not the silly plastic lizardmen that some of you have encountered at my house in the past, either; we've got some nice-looking knights instead. The class is mostly painting with only a tiny bit of talking, and although it's aimed at beginners, people with more skills are welcome to come along too.
Thursdays are also Pandemonium's Craft Night, in a nice dovetailing of schedules; so if you'd enjoy the company but not the class, you're welcome to come along with a portable craft project of your choosing and join the crafting fun. Chances are, if nobody actually shows up, I'll just end up painting with them instead, but we'll hope that's not the case...
Update: Oops! The class is at 7 pm. Also, I've had some inquiries about future classes; the full schedule was posted on the pandemonium_bks community a couple of days ago, but it boils down to "I'll be there every Thursday that isn't near a holiday; some of them will be formal classes, others will be painting 'office hours', where I show up with supplies and what limited expertise I've got, and other people can join me for help or project work."
