Neville spotted Hermione coming up the gravel path and hurried to meet her.
“You finished it!” she exclaimed, beaming at the new greenhouse. “It’s beautiful!”
“Could you test the charms for me? I’m afraid the whole thing’s going to come crashing down.”
Hermione obliged and pronounced everything solid as a rock. “You did an excellent job,” she assured him. “You always were good at Charms.”
Neville blushed.
Hermione peeked inside at the tables full of plants. “Nice! And look at the lovely mosaic counters!”
“Dropped a box of tiles,” he mumbled.
“Well, don’t tell people!” Hermione smiled. “It’s art, now.”
