This is a matter of the utmost urgency, and it concerns the attack on the Silver Dragon several weeks ago. That is why those living there are being allowed to view this information.
We have strong evidence to believe that Ravemon, the Area Leader of Tetha, has been marked with a Demon Seal. It is our belief that this has something to do with what happened to HippoGryphomon, and that this whole ordeal was an effort to silence him.
I advise all of you to act with caution on this matter. The Silver Dragon is outside of our influence, but... this is not a situation where we can brazenly rush in.
