And in the morning....I'm making waffles

Well, I haven't updated here in a while. Sorry bout that guys, but I've been mostly lazy. The job hunting thing goes very slow. I've had an interview with Nintendo the past week. It went well, well enough cause it was a phone interview. They're forwarding my resume off to the Redmond, WA headquarters then they're gonna setup a regular interview for me over here out of their Manchester office. If I get the job, I go out to Redmond for a week for training then work here. I'm not sure if I want to take it if i get it. Its a huge cut in pay, only part time, and it seems cool to be working for Nintendo and all but I don't feel its my type of job. I did apply to Gamestop again for a Manager in Traning posistion. That was the other day and I haven't heard word yet. I need to find a job soon cause I have to get money in for college if I get accepted to JMU.

Yeah, still haven't heard anything from JMU. I did get a letter from College of St. Rose. I didn't get accepted. It's ok, that place seemed nice but too small for me. I like the colleges that are big and have a good size campus. I hope I get into JMU. If not I'll go to some college up here and take day or night classes and try again next year. St. Rose was more expensive than JMU too, by about 6,000 dollars more. Remind me later to get Jess back for reading over my shoulder and correcting my typing. :p

In other news, as of today Jess and I have officially been going out for 5 months. Yeah, we're getting along really really good. No fights at all or anything. We freak people out when we tell them that cause we get along so well. Her and I aren't trying to rush anything at all. We're taking everything at our own pace. Though mine seems to be much faster than hers. But hey why ruin something perfectly good. She's been my longest relationship. Yeah, pathetic, I know. I haven't had the best of being in a relationship. I make good friends with women but its just that, a good friend. I'm just glad that were lasting this long. I hope it lasts if I go back to school. One of my best friend's relationship just ended. He and his girl we're together for 7 months. Out of those 7, he was away for 5. I can see why it didn't last. It probably felt like a friendship deal cause they didnt really get to know enough of each other before he left for college. Long distance relationships are hard if you can't make them work. I know Tim and Emily make their's work. It's been 3 years I think, and Emily goes to college in Mass and Tim goes down to Georgia. They make a really good couple, although Tim is a little brain dead in the loving department sometimes. J/K Tim.

I'm almost done with my Alpha course that I've been taking. I have 2 weeks left and next week I start the Foundations of Faith class. It's mostly a new members class and also it's one to become a Christian. Yeah, I'm converting from Catholicism. I just feel that this is what I've been missing and that it doesn't feel like I need to have requirements like you do being a catholic. You get baptised, thats a given. But, THere is no confirmation. The only thing is that you have to marry another christian. If me and Jess last that long, you never know. I'm just glad that she introduced me to something that actually means something to me know and that I understand. I just can't thank her. I also have to thank Lydia as well, and also Janice for putting on the Alpha class. They may have helped me along the way, but I know now that God was a big role in this. Don't worry though, I'm not gonna preach or change the way I am. I just have a greater love for something that I didn't understand.

Sorry for the long update but I just needed to get everything out. But, Jess is over and we have stuff planned. I'll post later, hopefully sooner than this one.
