I know I'm not dreaming, but I can't believe it! This is remarkable! Everyone! Peter, Ed, Lucy! Are you cursed today? Caspian?

I look just like I should. This is wonderful! We should go and do something all together. A feast! Probably nothing like we remember but, something!

[ooc; Action times for Pevensies, normal for everybody else.]

best curse ever, curse, narnia again, golden age, a joyful noise, once a queen always a queen?, pevensie bunch

Knock, knock, that's what's going on here as Peter stands outside Susan's door. He too is aged up properly, and it's quite something to be in this form again. Several words come to mind, many even, but above all are comfortable and happy, the latter being in somewhat shorter availability usually.

"Su," he leans on one side of the door frame, a casual stance as he waits for the Gentle's response.

In no time at all she is on her feet to greet the first sibling. Susan has to step back and look him over. Yes he has aged properly, every bit a grown man. "Peter," she replies before giving him a tight embrace. My what a height difference there is now.

Quite the height difference, but that's no problem as he does curl over slightly when he leans to embrace her. If he is every bit a grown man then she is every inch a beautiful Queen. The great lion did say it himself in prettier words than Peter is accustomed to, or ever was.

...radiant southern sun.

It suits her, he thinks affectionately. Peter does not often seem as open as he does today, as he will, but being one's complete and true self opens doors long closed and with that comes every last bit of confidence he might have lacked otherwise.

"I wonder if it's just us?" he both states and queries, a glance at the other bedrooms down the hall.

To say that Susan admired her older brother is an understatement. He was High King and apart from that a very noble and fair person. Now today everyone would be able to see just how he was. Too much for a young boy's body.

"I hope not, that wouldn't be fair."

"No, it wouldn't," he nods in agreement, but he's still smiling. If the two of them are as they should be, who is to argue that the other king and queen are not also this way. It seems fitting that a City that can cause such unbelievable things would grant them this one day together as they know each other best, and most honest. The ideal thing would be to be like this always, but he knows that is far from possible, so he will enjoy this as long as he has it, and he knows Susan will too. She has always been every bit as sensible as she is beautiful--and that is saying something.

"Let's not let today go to waste," he says and his voice is strong if a bit quiet as his hand finds hers. Their family is close not only because of their adventures, but because that is how they were raised--to look after each other, to be there for each other, all of that. That they have grown to be more than their own world will ever completely see just brings them that much nearer. It is a secret but that does not make it untrue.
