Storms aren't so remarkable back home. I think if someone were to actually build boats would be outright considered loony. ...And we can't always apply the same logic from one place to another. At least not all of the time.

We should invest in life preservers. Just in case. I think the rain will be fine in the end. Our home is on something of a hill, we should be fine if there is any flooding.
