(no subject)
Wow, back to uni tomorrow. Guess that's kinda scary. It's been 2 1/2months since I left and doesn't time fly. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone and being busy and just looking after me, but I'm gunna miss being here just as much. Oh well. It's going to happen so just get on with it and make the most of it. I spose it will be a pleasant change to have something new to think about and do. My subjects should be alright this semester and so far my timetable makes sense.. it's not bad actually.
Anyway, yesterday was last official day at work.. however I'm back here this morning finishing stuff that I haven't finished. It's strange here on a Saturday, very quiet, but that's to be expected. Let's hope I can make sense of what I've gotta do and get out of here asap. I have to go home, sort out all the stuff I'm taking with me, then put the rest of my room in some sort of order, so that I actually have a floor. At the moment I don't even have a path between my bed and the door, you have to step over a washing basket, onto a metal set square, then over the fan and somehow open the door while negotiating the Fan cord. Don't even attempt to get to my wardrobe or heaven forbid, the window. Meh.
Went out for dinner last night with Rachael, Jess, Nik, Zac, James, Kell, Nich and Aki. Had a great time. We went to La Porchetta then onto Terrigal for Cold Rock. I love the beach at night so that took no convincing. It was great to catch up and just be us. Particularly as we all going out separate ways quite dramatically this yr. What can you do? That's life. And I guess the ppl I see will be the ones I get on with, so it's all good.
