When he heard the sound of two animals butting heads and the clicking of a familiar modern device, he headed further into the jungle. Good gods, what was Lionel doing? He strode forward quietly which was easily done since the terrain was sand and firmly tugged Lionel backwards once he was done taking another picture.
"What are you doing?" he asked as he glared balefully at the two dinosaurs and wondered if he ought to try killing one of them.

"Christ, Jaime," he says, and closes his eyes as he catches his breath, "you scared me."

The dinosaurs were still staring at him with their beady eyes but it was their spiked domed heads that made him start to think leaving would be the best idea. He did not want to end up entirely crippled after all. "Are you done clicking your camera at them?"

They have very short arms," he observed calmly before following Lionel, careful not to turn his back until more distance was between them and the dinosaurs. "You ought to have stayed in the compound."

He pushed Lionel along until they were even further away. The dinosaurs went back to fighting amongst themselves. Jaime suspected it had something to do with women. It usually did.

"They live down in the Hamlet, by the small waterfall," he says, and hopes they at least keep near the path or that Jaime knows his way around. "What were you doing out here?"
