Well, either way, I have a question that I'm not sure on.
So from the looks of the New Moon Trailers, Edward gets in a pretty hefty fight with the Volturi guard. Don't you think, consdering what we've learned about the Volturi in the books, that if Edward had actually done that in the books, they would have killed him then and there? It just seems like the Volturi are no-nonsense when it comes to that.
So I'm wondering what your thoughts are. Is the movie doing something that logically couldn't happen in the 'Twilight world' by having Edward attack the guard?
