ONE MONTH LATER
"Alice. Remind me again why we're going on this group date? We never go on group dates anymore. Not since the first date for all of us, anyway. And Edward and I were finally gonna... well, you know. Seal the deal? If you will. We had it all planned out. He was gonna get a nice hotel room. Candles and shit. You are totally crushing our plans, you demon pixie!" Bella yelled at Alice.
"Bella. It's not Alice's fault if you're nineteen years old and still a virgin," I laughed.
"No. But it is her fault that I won't get to lose it tonight!"
"Bella! Shut up and sit still! I can't curl your hair if you move around!" Alice told her.
"Ugh. I hate you. But seriously. Why the hell are we going on this stupid group date?" Bella questioned.
"We are going because we all never see each other anymore. We're always wrapped up with our boyfriends! Which is not a problem. We love them all. But I want to see you girls again. And I want to see Edward and Emmett! They're both funny and cute!"
"It's not like you're gonna be talking to them! You and Jasper can never keep your eyes off each other when we're in public and Rose and Emmett can't keep their hands off each other. And me and Edward don't even pay attention to you guys anyways!" Bella started blushing by the end of her rant.
"Yeah. Because you and Edward can't keep your hands off each other UNDER the table. At least Emmett and I are straight forward with how we feel. You two do all of this hiding shit that's really annoying. It's clear that you two have gotten freaky more than once under the table. You really need to stop that," I told the now beet red Bella.
"We do not! We leave before any of that ever happens!"
"You girls. Crazy," Alice mumbled while finishing Bella's hair.
"Don't think that Edward and I are just gonna blow off these plans tonight, though. I made plans to have my v-card swiped and damnit! It's gonna happen! TONIGHT! I'm tired of waiting. Screw virtue. I'm done with it. It is thrown out the window. It's ridiculous how Edward is still thinking about his virtue. Sometimes I feel like I'm the guy in this relationship. I'm tired of being rejected! He doesn't even think we're gonna do anything like a home run tonight! He thinks we're going to the hotel just to be together. We do love cuddling. Hmm..."
"Bella. What are you daydreaming about? There's nothing to daydream about. People daydream about sex. And sadly, my dear. You haven't reached that stage yet," I giggled.
"Ugh. You two are only making this night worse!" Bella grumbled while sticking out her lower lip and crossing her arms.
"You girls dressed? We wanna come in! You're running late!" It was Emmett yelling through the door.
"Yeah! We're decent! Come in!" I yelled back.
"Rose! Babe! You look hot!"
"As do you, sweety," I told Emmett while running into his arms to give him a big kiss.
"Alright, Bells! You're done!" Alice announced. "Hey, Jazzy!" She told Jasper.
"You are the most beautiful little pixie ever possible," Jasper told her while giving her a cute kiss.
"Woah. Bella." Edward stood right where he was. Stock still.
"Dude. She's your girlfriend. You can touch what you're ogling, man," Emmett told him.
I slapped Emmett on the back of the head, "Do not encourage him! I'm tired of seeing another Edward-Bella makeout session!"
"Okay. We're gonna wait outside for you two," Jasper announced.
"Sounds like a plan. Edward and Bella, we're giving you guys five minutes. That's it! And then we're all leaving! I got us reservations at 7. We are not arriving late!" Alice told them while shutting the door.
Bella POV
Alice had just finished my hair when the guys walked in. I couldn't believe what I saw.
Edward never ceased to amaze me when he put on a suit. This wasn't the first time I had seen him wear one. But the fact that he would be wearing one the night we finally took the next step in our relationship only made him that much more breathtaking.
"Woah. Bella," he said huskily.
We both didn't move until Alice told us she was giving us five minutes. As soon as she shut the door Edward closed the distance between us wrapping me in his arms.
"Bella. Love. You are making my virtue impossible to keep," he whispered into my ear, tickling it with his always great-smelling breath.
"Well, Edward. I suggest you lose it," I whispered back.
"Sometimes I feel like you're the guy in our relationship," he laughed.
"You have no idea," I told him. "Edward. Please. Promise me we can finally take this next step in our relationship tonight. You did get the hotel room, right?"
"Yes, I did. But Bella. I don't know if I'm ready yet. That's a big step and I want to take my time with you. You mean too much. You're MY special Bella. And I'm not going to ruin what we have by just having sex with you."
"Edward! You're not going to ruin anything! I've been begging you for the past two weeks now! And every time you turn me down! I'm tired of rejection! You make me feel like I'm not wanted. I think that I love you more than you could ever love me. If I get rejected one more time I don't know how I'll take it."
Tears were filling my eyes now and I slowly started sinking to the ground, threatening to wrinkle the new dress Alice had bought me for this occassion tonight.
"Oh Bella. How could you ever think that?"
"Think what?" I asked him in between sobs.
"That you love me more than I love you. You're a crazy girl, you know that? You have no idea how madly in love I am with you."
"Clearly I don't. Since you haven't done the one thing with me that describes passion and love," I shot at him.
"Don't be upset, love. I've been wanting to have sex with you since the second our eyes locked that first day. I just don't want to ruin a good thing."
"No. You're ruining a good thing right now! Don't you want to? Do you ever think about it? Fantasize?"
"More than you know. Constantly, actually."
"Then damnit, Edward! Make the fantasy a reality!" I yelled. "I want you so badly it kills me! I feel like I'm being taunted my you. It's like you want to drive me crazy. This suit that you're wearing, before everyone left the room I replayed you taking it off at least ten times. And then I replayed me taking it off of you ten other times. Please, Edward! Ple-"
It was then that he brought my face to his in a heated, passionate kiss. His tongue traced my lips pleading for an entrance. I gave it to him and our tongues intertwined. When we ran out of breath he made his way for my neck, slowly moving down to my collar bone. He loved to leave tingling kisses there. It was his favorite place, besides my lips.
"Okay, Bella. Tonight. I promise you. You won't wait any longer. If I can't have you tonight I might explode," he whispered, in an extremely sexy voice, I might add. I loved it when his voice dropped an octave. It made me absolutely crazy.
"Really?" I asked astonished.
"Really, REALLY," he told me laughing.
"I love you more than you'll ever know," I whispered.
"And I love you more than you love me," he winked.
"Okay! We gave you seven minutes! Out you go!" Alice yelled through the door.
"Alright, Al. We're here. Let's go," I told her.
"Where are we going?" Rosalie asked.
"It's this new restaurant called, Black's. Five stars. Simply amazing," Alice responded.
"Alice?" I glared at her.
"What?" She looked confused.
"You really don't know?" I asked her.
"Know what?" Emmett cut in.
"Bella. Love, what's wrong?" Edward asked me.
"Jacob Black," I mumbled.
"Oh no, Bella! I totally spaced on that!"
"Who's Jacob Black?" Edward sounded worried.
"Edward. I haven't told you everything about my past," I told him.
"Bella? What's wrong? Whatever it is you need to tell me. Come on, love. Just be honest. Who's Jacob Black?"
"Edward. Calm down. She doesn't like talking about it," Rosalie interjected.
"Edward... Jacob Black is my ex."
"Okay. Everyone has exes. That's not a big deal," Jasper said.
"No. That's not it." We had stopped walking by this point and I was holding my stomach. Thinking about that bastard, Jacob made me want to vomit. He ruined me. Crushed me. I hated him more than possible.
"Bella? Sweety? Do you want to go back to the dorm?" Alice and Rosalie were helping me up.
"No. Alice, you set this up. You wanted to have fun tonight. And we're gonna have fun. But Edward. Please don't freak out," I looked up at him.
"I can't freak out if I don't know what the hell is going on," he told me.
"Jacob Black... he... raped me..."
"Oh darling. Bella, love. Come here."
Edward started showering me in kisses. When he noticed I started crying again he kissed up my tears, slowly.
"Bella. We don't have to go out tonight. I'll stay in with you. It's fine."
"No. Really. I need to come face to face with him anyways. You can't live in fear, right?" I tried laughing. It didn't work.
"Bells. If you want I'll kick his ass!" Emmett told me.
"Thanks, Em. But really. I'm fine. I just haven't seen him since it happened. I'm just scared."
"Bella. What the hell do you have to be scared about? You've got a football star with you and two other guys that could beat him up before you could say 'FUCK YOU, JACOB!'" Rosalie told me.
"As long as I'm around no man will ever hurt you, Bella. Trust me," Edward pulled my chin towards his face so that I could look into his deep green eyes.
"Are you mad?" I asked him.
"I just wish you had told me sooner," he responded.
"Bella. We'll take care of you. We all promise," Jasper spoke up.
"You okay, hon?" Alice asked me.
"Yeah. Let's go!" I told all of them.
