T-Mobile is asking for da boot.

So my prepaid balance is getting low, right? I go on T-Mobile's site to refill by credit card. Quick and easy...not. Twenty-four hours later, no refill. I figure, okay, maybe it didn't go through. I try refilling directly from the phone about an hour ago, no go. I call customer service, get a heavily-accented rep (thanks SOOO much outsourcing) and basically get told to try another method, my credit card hasn't been charged, blah blah. I check my credit card online, and no, no charges, but there's a big chunk of pending transactions that couldn't be anything except not one but TWO attempts at refilling my phone.

As I was writing this, I finally got a text on my phone that a refill came through. That sure as heck better be the one from the phone, the online request having fallen into a black hole. If I get two charges on my card, or another refill that I don't need for that matter, T-Mobile will have hell to pay.

Don't mess with me T-Mobile, I had a bad enough day as it is. >:p
