(no subject)
I might be murdered on livejournal here, but I'm relieved that Bush won. He may be sucky speaking, but he doesn't give me the heeby-jeebies like flip-flopping Kerry.
Anyway, that aside, according to the countdown on my cell phone, my wedding is in 9 days, 20 hours, and 8 minutes, woohoo! I still don't really feel that busy...but surely I will get busier later and hopefully that will accelerate the slow moving time.
In other news, I turned twenty-one on October 27th, yay. So I went down to Clemson, and got some beer at Tiger Town Tavern along with my free 21st birthday shirt. Unfortunately, I can't really buy any alcohol here because my ID still have side-profile and most places aren't accepting that. I'm not going to get a new license until I'm in SC and update it with new state, new address, and new name...that's me Lindsey Dixon. I deposited a check at my bank under that name because someone sent an early wedding gift addressed to my married name. It's funny that the bank still let me deposit it.
