At Last...?
After having this account for 18+ months, I feel like maybe I should use it for more than just reading other people's posts. An interesting concept, eh? Heading back to school on Sunday. Mixed feelings for sure; I'm excited to get back to classes, parties, being surrounded by people my age again...But damn does life have poor timing sometimes. You know how there are those times when you reach a crossroad in a relationship? I wish the direction I was taking on this one didn't have to be decided by a lack of time and plentitude of distance. If I were in town for just one more month, I'd love to see what would be different. Maybe I'd learn if two people with very different goals but mutual respect stand a chance in hell.
In other news, Habey and I have decided that we should start up "good-kid rehab" for all those kids who were way too uptight in high school. I think I'd have to be the president. I missed out on some good times...At least I know better now, eh?
