sitting here today, at the courtyards front desk, making nearly time and a half because it's a national holiday. thank you, reslife!
um, so major boo to the snow. there's a reason i'm teaching in the south. cold weather sucks hardcore. but anywho, it also canceled the mocktails party up in fremont. so, i went out with emily, katie, and others.
let's just say it was interesting.
ugh.
immaturity of college kids pisses me off. at least steph roy & emily were understanding about it being extremely awkward the entire night.
oh, and did anyone watch dick clark's rockin' eve? dick clark, sadly to say, doesn't look in the best shape, and sounds awful. poor old man. i felt awful for him, or as awful as i could being tipsy as i was after just one cosmo.
