Moi Moi, hei, hei & Terve!
Relin has arrived!!
So, it was up at 2AM on Saturday night as we've had a trip to Cologne ahead of us. Arrived there shortly after 6AM and we had to wait before we coiuld check in. Already weighed my stuff at home and it was a little over 20kg. AQt the check in desk it turned out to be 22.3 kg, but the lady there allowed me to take it without paying for the extra 2 kg, which was cool.
They did really difficult about your handluggage, because the plane was very full and it would have been too dangerous with all the luggage and turbulence. Ah well, wasn't really interesting for me, as my handluggage was exacty the 8kg which was allowed *cough, you are reading the journal of a real talent here*.
Flight there was okay. Sometimes a bit too cloudy, but in general a nice view. I'm just always getting bored on planes...
When we landed at Helsinki Vantaa Airport we were picked up by our tutors. Well mine turned out to be the coolest of all!! She was sick!! bloody typical. Anyway I've been informed that she's a bitch, so I don't really mind that I haven't seen her since I've been here. The others are cool instead and they can also help me if it's needed.
At home with did a quick unpacking before going to the city center (only a 5 min trainride) and we wanted to eat something at Rosso, but they couldn't fit us in, and therefore we went to the sportsbar. Guess what they were showing there...SKI JUMPING!! Made me a happy bunny as I saw Matti win again *whoei!* Finns are nuts btw when it comes to ski jumping, aiaiaiaiaai yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!! if a Finn did well.
Guess we went home again after that, being exhausted. Couldn't sleep too well at first, but now it's okay.
Will not describe my room, but will put a short vid on the net, so you can all see with your own eyes :)
Next day we had to register at school and had a program there. Was okay. Lunch at school is extremely cheap. We can get a complete hot meal for only 2.35 euros!!
After that we went to Sello, the shopping center in Espoo and I've found the Subway!! *jumps for joy* Not been there yet though.
Had city tour and a party at night, but Lyssa and I only stayed there for a short while. Then headed home to have a quiet night as we were pretty tired.
Today I've had my first class, was okay, no new info, but I had to choose something. Went to HOAS afterwards to sign the tenancy agreement and there we've got our internet installment package. 'REally easy, it's all in the manual...' ppffttt it wasn't easy at all!! And quite frankly, it's not the way it's supposed to be now, but it's better as nothing...
Tomorrow we don't have class, so I've got the day off. Guess I'll go to Helsinki or something. Dunno yet.
