BSG: The Road Less Traveled

What I had wanted to do with season 4, was make a post like I have been doing every time until last night.

Things I liked, Things that confused me, things I didn't like. As my formula seemed to be.

Not that it was a bad ep, a good ep, or something to get a reaction out of me at all. It was there, I guess. I watched, yet afterward... Nothing. Which is not to say, I'm jumping on the bandwagon I seem to be seeing a lot of people around the horn lately. All the dissappointed fans and reviews I've been reading, of which I have started calling Captain Negatron and his invading forces.

That being said, this ep did appear to be a Part one, so maybe after next week (it does seem like the fit is hitting the shan people) something will be pulled from the collective "eh" and some reaction will be had. All in all, I think this ep would have just been a giant things that confused me section.

That being said, my collective joy for the show is not waning. I hung out with my friend Michele last night, who knew I had to be home at 10 because BSG was on. My love is unquestionable (and the source of me being made much fun of), but this week, I am in shocking indifference.

(Okay, just a few things, because fanboys just don't sit back and keep their mouths shut. Hadrigan dead=lame. They are just killing familiar's left and right. Gonzo is actually a loudmouth asshat=lame. I was excited there would be a new pilot around, now not so much. Baltar talking like he knew Cally, found it imortant to convince Tyrol of what she would have wanted=um, why? I don't get it. Just don't. No Papa, no Roslin, no Lee? Are they on vacation? Hot Dog is on the demetrius too? So, of all the pilots we actually know, the only ones left on Galactica are Racetrack and Skulls? Did Papa really think people woulnd't notice? Okay there, that's something I guess.)
