Salmon dish
I did this dish a while ago and had a bunch of people over for dinner so it actually worked really well. I did this dish again last night expecting to have Dad and Darcia (Doof's aunt) and hoping to have moonvoice around except it ended up being just Dad and us - which wasn't a bad thing at all, seeing as Dad and I were both on the verge of crashing big time at 8pm :)
Heh. Turned over like nothing ever happened - despite us eating half the fish already by the time we took the photo :)
I like this dish a lot. Doof isn't as keen on fish as I am but he said it tasted alright as well. For my records:
Salmon - rub well with salt, fill the inside with garlic and butter
Mix macadamia, breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt, pepper, parsley and milk together for the crust. Oven bake wrapped in glad bake 30 minutes per 1/2 kg weight on 150.
