For my arty friends, a question...
I am wanting to do the following picture as a background for Swancon Masquerade:

Am I better projecting onto black calico and filling in the colours or projecting onto white calico and painting it all? Any other thoughts as to how to do this? Any recommendations for fabric paints etc?
Any help you have to offer would be so very muchly appreciated :)
