Food prep for tonight
It's quarter past eight. So far I have prepped the cannelloni and made the risotto base for the arancinis.
Am about to head to the market to pick up veal and some last minute bits and pieces. Once I get back, I will prep the schnitzels and the chicken.
After that I will prep the gelato :D This is the part I am looking forward to! :D
Dinner plans are coming along well. Ask me again after tonight though how it went and i will tell you differently! :)
