Just for Kenan...
Next week is my last week of classes. After that, I go into an elementary school full time. I just found out today that I've been assigned to a second grade classroom! I had a little fit in my room, jumping all over the place, when I found out. I really love the lower grades!
Throughout the rest of the semester while I'm placed in the classroom I have to plan and teach several lessons and be observed my my SMS instructors. And eventually I'm supposed to take over more and more responsibility until I'm teaching and in charge of the whole school day.
I can't wait to get started. I've only ever prepared and taught reading lessons before, and I have a lot of ideas for things I would like to do in the other subject areas.
Other than that not much has been going on. I went out to the piano bar with my roommate (the good roommate) Kristina last Friday and had tons of fun!!! Was pretty hung over the next day, but it was worth it. I've never had so much fun!
This weekend is Family Day for my sorority. My parents are coming to visit and I'm pretty excited to see them since I haven't been home for almost 2 months. A Lamberts trip was mentioned by my dad, but I'm not sure that we'll have time for it during this visit.
Anyway...that's pretty much it.

PS. I know I promised an entry about my roommate, but there's just so much to write about that I can't figure out where to start. Plus every two seconds she comes and peeks over my shoulder to see what I'm doing...but I'll get to it eventually, I promise.
