It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas....

Yesterday kinda sucked as most Mondays do, because I had to get back into the whole "school routine" after being at home for a week.
I went to the bank and deposited money into my account...which had a balance of two dollars...so now the panicky feeling that I might bounce a check is gone.
I also spent 5 hours working on my curriculum project. I somehow got the dates mixed up and thought that I still had two weeks to work on it, but it turns out that it's due on Monday!!! Ahhhhh! I got a lot done yesterday, and I think that I'll be able to get it finished on time.
I hate all the stress that comes with the end of the semester. Their are finals of course, and I also have a bunch of big projects that my teachers assigned months ago, that are all due within the next week. On top of that, I start my new job this week, and have Initiation this weekend. For initiation, I'm supposed to make my little sis a pillow (there's more to it than that, but it's top secret info). I don't know how, but I totally forgot about the pillow, so now I have to spend every spare minute working on one, so that it will be done (and not look like crap) by Saturday.
I spent all of this afternoon studying for my Geography test tomorrow. I hope I do well.
Tonight I had a Xi Om meeting. As I was walking there, I noticed that tons of people have put up Christmas lights in their windows. Its a really neat experience walking across campus now, because your surrounded by sparkly christmas decorations on all sides. I love it! I'm so into the Christmas spirit this year. Every time I see decorations or hear carols I get so excited. I'm trying to soak up every second of the holidays. I just wish I had lights to put in my window....but at least we have our tree and stockings.
At meeting, I turned in my application for Historian...elections are next week, and as far as I know, no one else is running. Cross your fingers for me.
We also had to vote on all of our pledges. After a lot of talking a debating and even crying, the vote is finished and everyone will be initiated on Saturday...yea!
The only bad thing is that I'm scheduled to work till noon, and we're supposed to leave for Branson (initiation is being held at a resort in Branson) at 11:30. Now I have to call a bunch of people and find someone to cover the last part of my shift. It's not a huge deal, just a pain.
Anyway...that about covers my life right now...
Sweet Dreams Everyone.
