The Vampire Diaries - 2 x 17 Know Thy Enemy
Here's a quick post about the latest TVD episode (now that I finally have a working laptop and could download it from iTunes ...).
Yippee - the hiatus is over!!
Great performance by Sara Canning in the opening scene. It's great to see Aunt Jenna having more to work with. She hit the emotion just right. I can't imagine how horrible it would be to find out that 2 loved ones have been lying me.
What is Kat up to now? I don't trust her as far as I can throw her.
SQUEE - Alaric belting Uncle John then apologizing to Elena. Ric is so cool.
Love that Elena mentions Damon when ragging on John :o)
Isobel & Katherine have an interesting vibe. I love Nina playing Katherine. Kat just oozes sensuality. Now we know where Damon gets it from - tee hee.
"It's better for us to keep an eye on you." Yum
Cool that Elena was okay with both brothers protecting her and staying at her place.
"Don't mistake the fact that we haven't set you one fire in your sleep for trust." Oh, Damon. I've missed your awesome one-liners.
Hiding the moonstone in plain sight - good idea, Damon, but too bad Kat found it anyways :o(

Brothers bonding over booze - nice moment.
Did not see that coming ... Klaus taking over Alaric's body. This is part of why I love this show.
Matt - love the accent and how convincingly you became Klaus.
Overall, an enjoyable episode. So good to have them back and I can't wait for The Last Dance.
