I'm hoping that's a joke. :(
While there are a lot more racists here than most places I've lived, the majority of people are not like that. Especially not in the actual cities (I can't account for the rural towns - most of them are pretty back woods, if you know what I mean)
Anyway, there will be stupid shits wherever you go - the South does not have any more than most states. Look at all the horrible drivers out there - have you been to Arizona? It's like HELL there...everyone is either a new driver, or over 65 yrs old. It moves so slooooow.
If you go to California, you're stuck with a lot of really rude, materialistic people... Population : 90% striving actors/actresses, dramatic gays, and overly pompous bankers...
If you go to Oregon or Montana, you're overwhelmed with B.O. from all the hippies, and pot heads...
If you go to Nevada, you get stuck with either a flat city with absolutely nothing to do, the most boring people in the world, or in Sin City, where there's a slut every 10 steps away.
And these are just a few of the places I've lived...so what gives?
my family used to own a house in a town where the grand wizard of the KKK lived. and you would over hear people saying "if a black person came into the town youd find them dead on the side of the road the next morning" uuuuuh that kinda sucks. but i found it funny the wizard part anyway. hahaaaaa
