(no subject)
Today was the first day in like one million years that I didn't have to either go to school or go to work. I celebrated by laying in bed until nearly 5pm.
Edward and I move in with the boys tomorrow for my month long winter break. It should be an interesting holiday season. I just need to be sure to bring plenty of things to keep me busy because I can only take so many movies and Rockband before my brain melts. Though I'm sure we're going to have a lot of fun times too. We usually do.
Tonight the boys came to have dinner at my school and a fight nearly broke out in the cafeteria. It was like the entire scary tall black basketball team vs. these two old guys I've never seen before. They were all cussing at each other while their girlfriends pleaded for them to sit back down and everyone else watched silently. One guy was punching himself in the face and shouting something like "THAT'S HOW WE ROLE, THAT'S HOW WE ROLE!"(??). It was weird how you could feel the tension in the room before you even knew what was happening. And not too long before that, some girls splashed their glasses of water on each other. It wasn't a good night to have invited guests for dinner. But I think they enjoyed it.
In fact, I've never seen hostility here like that before.
Maybe everyone's just a little cranky because we're all going to be separated for the next month. I know I'm a little sad about it.
