more on nyc
ok since i have more time i will talk to ya more about nyc
well in pennslyvania were we stopped to eat breakfast we asked for biscuits and gravy and the woman behind the counter goes 'we have biscuits but you're too far north for gravy' that about killed us!! lol
and when Brandi and I were eatin this old man started talking to us and he was like 'where are you from' and we go Kentucky and he goes my daughter use to live there where are you from? and we go Pikeville and he goes "pokeville?" and we go pikevile and he goes "i've never heard of pokeville" and i go no pikeville p-i-k-e-v-i-l-l-e and he goes is that close to knoxville ky?
at bubba gump our waiter was from alabama and he was the only person in nyc that didnt make fun of the way we talk and we asked him for sweet tea and he goes babe you crossed the mason dixon line theres tea but there isnt any sweet tea and we go "too far north" lol and we played this trivia game and one question was what did forest gump say when he met pres. kennedy and i go i gotta pee lol and he goes your right! lol**
our last night in the hotel was wild everyone was in our hotel room in and out and we ordered pizza and everything and Shane (the beast) has a picture of me in my pjs with my hair up on a towel..(i get my pics back on Monday)
every morning at breakfast it was Cara, Brandi, Shane, Whit B & T, Ally, Emily together---
Ally and I spent 30 mins looking for a bathroom in H&M just to find out it was out of order
Oh and in Macy's when I found the watch I was looking for there were too people behind the counter at Fossil and the man was helping ppl and the lady was just sitting there and i go excuse me miss and the guy goes its sir and i huh? and he goes im a guy and i laughed and i go i was talking to her but ok..and he helped me decide on a watch from the 4 i had picked out
we spent almost 30mins looking for cassie a pair of sunglasses until she finally found a pair that looked good and one of the jewels ended up falling out
i almost bought this ring at tiffanys and i loved it so much--but i didnt because i was afraid that i would have ran out of money..
the naked cowboy on the first day was awesome because Brandi and I ran up there to take our picture with and I accidentally touched his butt and he goes 'come on girls dont be shy" and took Brandi's hand and put it on his butt
YES I DID EAT A HOT DOG and it wasn't that great..I didn't like them much at all, but then again I don't like hot dogs. We were all taking pictures in time square after the naked cowboy and the pigeons were flying around like crazy and we all kept throwing them food and trying to dodge them so we wouldnt get pooped on
i took 5 cameras down there with me and i used 4 cameras and like 18 pictues on the 5th one...but i have like 3 pictures of the inside of my backpack and my hand by mistake so those will be great lol--but i'm really excited to get back the ones of just the buildings and things. i took pictures of all the stores on 5th Av. and SEX & AND THE CITY IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE TV SHOW we drove by 2 locations where the filmed SEX & THE CITY which are the trapese place where Carrie takes lessons and Tasty D-Lite where they go for ice cream and i took pictures of that. I took a picture of the Plaza Hotel where they filmed Home Alone2-and in Fools Rush In Matthew Perry talks about Gray's Papya being his favorite hot dog place and I have a picture of that..I have a picture where they drop the ball from on New Years..I saw the bull statue from For Richer Or Poorer but I'm not sure if I got a picture of that or not I know I got a picture of the Imagine Circle in Strawberry Fields..and theres a picture of me sitting on the wall with the New York Sky Line in the back that Mom said I HAD TO TAKE so hopefully it'll be a good one and I can get it on here..
On the last day as we were driving through New York Shane, Ryan, Cory, Nathan, Lakin, Hannah, Brandi, Whit, Cara, and myself all sang songs like the Brady bunch theme song or the flinstones theme song and Ol'Red by blakeshelton and all kinds of other stuff..
