A doodleoodle of Kamen Rider Aria, now named Regina Lafayette. She gets a haircut in a bit, this is in the context of "Broken Wings of a Butterfly".
(Also, "henshin" is Japanese for "transform". It's the catchphrase of the Kamen Riders.)
