At long last, the Purgatory commonly known as Calculus 25A is DONE! Dang, what a grind that was. I get to do more calculus in 25B this fall- but let's not think about that just now ( Read more... )

And he somehow manages to make the drive sound fun!

You survived the drive to and from Utah. This one has to be better than that. Though, I suppose there may be less geology...

I was much younger when I drove to Utah. Young enough that I could sit in the back of the car with a bunch of books and ignore everyone. Young enough that the backseat was still comfortable. Young enough that when I was tired, my mom would pile pillows on the floor, and I was short enough to sleep stretched out.

Also, when we went to Utah from TO, we stopped in Vegas for two nights, so it wasn't a straight drive.

Aha! I didn't even remember that you had made a trip to and from Utah, Daven. Lin and crew came to rescue me from there one summer, and that was quite a long and tedious trip for them.
