So two funny things happened within 24 hours.

Around 4pm on Saturday, I was driving on Broad Street, running some errands. In my vision, I see a blue Volvo hatchback (aka the Shaggin' Wagon) all decked out in metal stickers and such.  The one that stuck out in my mind was the Lamb of God decal. I pull up, curious to see who is driving this car. And lo and behold, it is Randy Blythe, lead singer of Lamb of God!

I was starstruck. I have met him and the rest of the guys twice, seen them in concert many times. As a token of appreciation, I put on Sacrament and blasted it. I didn't get his attention, figuring that we were driving and all. I laughed hysterically for a while. Who would have thought? I'd figured that LoG was on holiday break and all and since they are from Richmond, I was bound to see one of them. But a fuckin' Shaggin Wagon? *lol* Hopefully LoG or Halo of Locusts (Randy's side project) will perform in RVA sometime.

Today around 3, I was walking to Rite Aid to pick up some posterboard. I crossed the street on the corner Belvidere and Grace. A red truck pulled up and tried to get my attention. I didn't look, amusing that the people were trying to "holler" at me, which seems to be norm lately even when I'm not trying to look nice. So I pretend that I was getting something out of my eye with my middle finger. Come to find out that I was flicking off Riley and Greg! I ran into them at that Rite Aid and they were like, "What the fuck?! We were trying to say hi." I felt bad, but it was amusing none the less. The one time that I decide to unleash some annoyance to the "hollering" folks in their cars and it happened to be someone that I know--actually people I haven't seen in a while.
