Currently Listening to: "Jambi" by Tool
First things first: I got my tickets for Tool. I had to buy three (one for myself, one for Holly and one for Alex), but to find three seats next to each other on TicketBastard was tricky, but I eventually reloaded the pages enough to 3 seats in a row.
Then TicketBastard was like "Suck my balls" and decided not to accept my billing information.
I frantically called TicketBastard, coughed up the dough, and sighed in relief that I finally got tickets.
I was supposed to get an e-mail saying when Tool tickets for the Verizon Center were going on. I thought it was usually a Saturday ticket sale day, but whatever... I got upper-nosebleed seats, but you know what? I HAVE the tickets and that's all that matters.
So lots of concert stuff going on soon. Synthetic Nightmare tomorrow (cross my fingers that the Auto Focus on my camera will behave). Ozzfest on Sunday (from what it looks like, the setlist isn't as grand like last year, but I'm looking forward to Disturbed, System, Ozzy, Atreyu, Bleeding Through and BLS).
Danny Boy came to visit me yesterday and today. This morning, Starbucks was out of Java Chip Fraps (*gasp*) but we got two Mocha Fraps for the price of one (sweet!). We power-walked to my film class. David Williams, a professor at VCU and a filmmaker, showed his film "Lillian". I thought it was good. Dan hated it, but I think he got something out of the class; he asked Williams a lot of question about the actual film-making and the post-production process.
Okay...back to work on Rewind photos. Just wanted a quickie update.
