i am losing weight. my new goal in life is to be a stripper. not a goal, just something i might try, if enough weight gets knocked off. bahahah
ive learned how to make this smoothie protein shake, and man are they good. strawberry, banana, strawberry banana, maybe some vanilla or coffee, blueberry, chocolate with it, whatever.
