Time keeps on slipping . . .

Not much on my end. I am relieved to say that I am alive and that we now have two new hires. Although i would love to be in either of their positions and be fulltime with benefits and what not, it's good to know that there are people now on staff that will be able to make a dent on some of the inconsitancies that plague Theatrical at Seaworld.
Either rate, i applied for several jobs that were full time here at Seaworld, and got none. i;ve come to realize i will not get anywhere in this park so the sooner i can find something good work wise, the better. It'll suck to leave especially since one of the new people is awesome and we seem to get along quite well workwise, i really need a change of pace and most importantly, for my life to start and to move out of the family's home and be independent again like i was yester years ago.
Lent started and this year i gave up my television trifecta of Simpsons, Futurama and South park. It's interesting so far. i keep getting random cravings to watch the more obscure episodes and then realize i cannot watch them. Hopefully these urges will subside and i will make it through the season relatively unscathed.
Other than that, not much to report. I'm going to scavenge board postings to see what is available out there and see where it takes me. otherwise, i suppose another year at seaworld may be beneficial trainingwise, or it just might drive me mad enough to give up any sort of technical theatre. We'll see.
