A Beautiful Friday
Friday was a great day for me!
Okay, so it started off on a rough awakening. I woke up at 6:30 this morning because my stupid alarm clock had to be a dumbass and not go off at 6:00 like I set it. So I rushed outta there after scarfing down a sandwich and rode my bike as fast as I could to Lyman. When I got there, the bell rang so I had no choice but to look at the door to Stick's Keyboard I class. I saw he was in the room, but I started heading up to the front office so I could get some visitor pass or something. Then Stick came out and called me over to tell me I could just walk inside.
So anyways I was in there, listening to a preview of Stick's piece for his recital. Then after a while I headed to the auditorium to hear him play it. Wow, it was nice, and since it was a self-composition I give him even more credit! (Self-composition, translated for some people means, "I made this shit up, yo!")
After that I went to his Carpentry class with him and watched him finish up his wooden lightsaber. Wow, it looks so freakin’ awesome! A great prop to use for cosplaying, definitely!
After that, Stick and I went to lunch with Danielle. I got invited to her baby shower! (^_^)
Oh, and I wanted to surprise as many people as I could with my presence, so my sister was first. Stick told me to say hi to my sister, to which I replied, “All right, once I find her I will.” And he said, “No, she’s right there, coming this way!” So I called her over and surely enough she was surprised. Hahahah.
Well after that Stick and I hid inside the bathrooms for a while until second lunch. There I scouted around for other people to surprise. I got Michelle, Blake, Spike, Kim, Nathan, Felicia, Chris (Yuki) and Crystal. It was great, I loved seeing their reactions to a college boi that they knew and loved on campus! :D
(Hahah, Meg, you walked right by Stick in the hallway when I was walking beside him and you didn’t even see me! Was I too neenja for you? =P)
I saw Crystal's comic that she made. It was pretty funneh. And it was extra cool because it was in Gorillaz animation. :D
"CONSUMATED?!?"
Well, after lunch I said goodbye to everyone and headed off to the front where my aunt picked me up to take me to my grandmother’s house. There I took care of my uncle (who just had surgery under his chin) and my aunt’s baby daughter Sophia (cute cute cute!).
My uncle was craving a hot fudge sundae, so my aunt brought home all the goodz, fixinz, etc. I brought it all downstairs to my uncle and we ate ice cream while watching “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.” I enjoyed that movie! It made me smile.
I also went upstairs to babysit Sophia. Boy, was she a bundle of fun and joy like always! And one of the greatest parts of it, emotionally and spiritually, was feeding her. Just the experience of sitting down while feeding her macaroni and cheese was such a wonderful experience that made me feel like a parent at that moment. It was so precious! (^_^)
Oh, and it seems she knows a few things. A great example is when she picked up the allergy medicine box and pretended to sneeze. Hehehehe!!
When supper time came, I had a lot of pizza and some Venezuelan lasagna (which was good). Aaahhh, I didn’t have any room for ice cream after that, hahah.
So anyways, after that Stephen came and picked me up around 10:00 or so and we went off to Chuckie’s house for an X-box LAN party. As usual, I got my ass handed to me on a silver platter in Halo 2, but heck, I always enjoy playing Halo! I just wish Chuckie could have brought out his Gamecube so Stephen and I could get our Gamer’s Dignity back by crushing them in Super Smash Bros. Melee! Yeahah!
After this, Stephen and I headed back to his house where I stayed the night. We watched Star Wars Episode 2 and made some great funny adlibs and subliminals to it! XD
