week
its been more or less a pretty eventful week.
first off, went to la a two times in the past week. that drive is draining yet relaxing at the same time. got a little disheartened about finding a place, kept getting screwed over, but finally found something and im really proud with it. i also saw my la friends and thats the best, missed all them. and started drumming again, missed that as well.
second off, got my windows fixed. guess thats kinda the theme of the week. dont really realized what you got until you dont have it. i reallllly missed la and i missed my windows...its nice to have both in my life again. hahaha. (side note: i have bad luck with cars, on my way to pick up my check my tire blew out and the spare to replace it was flat, so had to get towed home...breaking my balls)
third off, slowly getting my goodbyes in and packed. some things feel unresolved with some peoples, feels like i need to go to la first to get this resolved. getting final things done with truck on mon and getting retainer (lame) and more contacts on mon or tues. pretty much set to go.
it sounds sad, but this is the last of me living in the desert. lot of memories of this place, but i got my own life now and i really like it. of course i will be back to visit, my family and friends are here, but this is it. feels weird to say it...im okay with it though, finally.
