Giant Life Decision Time GO!
I've been hemming and hawing over this on Facebook for the past week or so, but I figured I might as well share here as well. Basically, I had a huge change of heart as the impending move to Savannah got closer, and I realized that I wasn't ready to just pick up and move from New York. My life is a lot different now that it was when I applied to school, and I think I was just trying to find a way to kill time before I had anything really happening. My job at Forbidden Planet isn't the greatest job in the universe, but I enjoy it, and I feel like it's really just on me to step up to the plate and get shit going. Not to mention I have discovered a whole new pocket of friends that I don't want to abandon before we've had a chance to really be friends at all! Besides, it's not like there aren't a billion schools in NYC anyway: I've ironically circled back around to my original plan to apply to NYU or Columbia for some nerdy ass writing/literature type studies, but I think I really miss that pursuit of knowledge. Because it's not like I don't already know how to draw and shit XD
So, yeah, hopefully I'll get some fan stuff back in the works once I figure out what the hell I'm doing with myself.
Also, I still have to type up the account of our giant ridiculous adventure at Ohayocon this year, but I need the time to do it, since it's a pretty epic story. In the meantime, [here are a million pictures]. I dressed as EW Duo, Ciel Phantomhive and Disappearance Haruhi for the three days, while my cohort, whitexmouse was Sebastian Michaelis and Ritsu from K-On in her second season closing animation outfit.
So, yeah, hopefully I'll get some fan stuff back in the works once I figure out what the hell I'm doing with myself.
