Lawl I don't know!
Ever since I arrived in Korea, my sense of time has been wayyyyy off. But I'd like to take a moment, just sitting right here, and ramble of what I've been doing the past few days just because.
8/6: Watched The Dark Knight. Yeah, it was good, but it unfortunately lacked the emotion and depth of the first movie. We watched it at 10:30 pm, and there were a lot of people there to watch it. There was no need to stand in lines like they do in LA, because you have to choose which seats you're going to sit in when you buy the tickets. Also, my cousins HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT MANNERS in the theater. They were talking about some smudge on their glasses during the movie and made some Korean people angry lmao. I gave them my bitch glare and they stayed quiet haha. But honestly, my male 12-year-old cousin has to learn to be a gentleman.

Again, the movie was good. BUT I was expecting for Rachel to HAVE A BIGGER ROLE and for Batman/Bruce to show more sadness and Zuko-esque confusion about everything. If it weren't for Ledger's role as the Joker, it would have been pretty boring. He was a great Joker. Even my ma had to admit, though she slept through a good portion of the film.
I WANTED MOAR JOKER LAUGH/GIGGLE THAT THING HE DOES. BUT NO. I'm willing to watch it again, however!
8/7: A surprisingly pleasant day. We met with my pa's friend and his family, minus one son due to military enlistment, and went to... some old Korean Imperial Palace. "Gyeongbokung."
OH LORD THE WHOLE TIME I KEPT FANTASISING ABOUT HOW I WAS IN THE BEI FONG ESTATE AS ONE OF TOPH'S SERVANTS OR SOMETHING. SO EARTH KINGDOM! The live action movie should be shot there for when the kids meet Toph or something, seriously. It's also a great place to cosplay as Earth Kingdom people.
My dad's friend was a very nice guy, really tall and funny. We all wanted to get out of the glaring heat so we snapped some shots and went to a restaurant, looked at some stores, got some ice cream, hung out, and went back home. I bought my second raiment in a year!
Surprisingly pleasant... surprisingly.
AND SHIT IT'S HOOOOOTTT LMAO. AND DIRTY. UNSANITARY CHILDREN I WANT TO BITCH AT BUT CAAAAAAN'T BECAUSE MY MOM WILL YELL AT ME.
