(no subject)
The weekend. It's hard to enjoy it when you have to get up at 6am everyday to go work. You can't do too much in the evening because you have to go to bed around 11 or 12 do go to work the next morning. Saturday was a rough day at work. Every two minutes, a pissed off customer was bugging me about something and I was tired as hell and feeling like I was coming down with the cold. When I got off though, I started feeling better. Got some supper, showered, cleaned up.
My friend Lindsay Kimber from Truro came up to visit her sister for the weekend. She's a sweet girl and I miss her a lot. We came over to my house for a couple hours, then went over to Lisa's place. Denise had just moved in the night before. I'm glad she's living in the city now. We hung there for about an hour. Lindsay's sister came and picked her up though. I was bummed we could only hang for a couple of hours. Who knows when I'll see her again, sucks.
After Lindsay left, Lisa, Denise and I all went over to Sheldon and Mike's. Always a good time hanging out with those dudes. Bryson showed up later on at about 11:30. All my friends are so lazy, haha. They wouldn't even go down the street to get a slice of pizza with me. Denise has a car now, this will save us all countless hours of walking in the snow, hehe.
I got home around midnight and hit the hay. I got up at 8 and went to work. Work goes by so fast when you have your discman. I hadn't eaten since last night and I worked from 9am-5pm without any breaks or feeling hungry once. That is the power of music.
I am off to jam with Headcount right now. I'm pumped! They want to record either this week or next. I think this band is going to be a lot of fun!
