~ Lastly, I've seen a lot of mochi I think, they are mochi anyway, wrapped inside a leaf.

Is this Kashiwa mochi, 桜餅 cherry blossom mochi, or 道明寺 Domyoji ( the mochi with leaf??)

If you scroll down you can see two pictures side by side of two kinds of sakura mochi. The one on the left is 長命寺 (choumeiji) and the one on the right is 道明寺. They're both pink whereas kashiwa mochi is white.
