Herbrew script in a manga panel
I assume it's a piece of gibberish, a fragment of a sentence in Hebrew ( Yiddish? Ladino? ) pasted to make the character's magical incantation look mysterious, but I'm curious if it might mean something after all. Not sure if I deciphered the letters correctly:
