Can you identify these scripts?

Soooo, I know that these vague "Do you know what this says, I don't even know which language it is..." are not super informative but maybe someone can help me out here?

My hunch is that the first one (which I found above my door when I just moved in my new apartment in the Netherlands) is in the direction of Hebrew or maybe Javanese...





the second one might be Khmer? I'm not sure...
