from what i can gather, it just says not to dilute it or mix it with other injectable solutions and it can also be administered by a iv port-type situation, but you have to look at the special terms for that.

sorry if that's super paraphrased and informal.

I agree with your gatherings.
(the OV looks terribly straightforward for a leaflet anyway)

i live in italy and am fluent in italian but i'm still nervous about giving translations, and since it was something medical i wanted to downplay my interpretation. though i agree, it's pretty straightforward, i dont understand what was misunderstood. perhaps with the punctuation? cause if that's the original punctuation then it says what i said, but i can see how between "soluzioni" and "da" it could be interpreted as "dont dilute or mix yadda" and then "it must be administered by injections yadda" ykwim?

What exactly do you not understand?

I don't know ANY Italian to begin with... So, so far, I understand that is says:

non deve essere diluito o miscelato con con altre soluzioni... - don't mix or dilute with other solutions...
da somministrare per via endovenosa o intramuscolare ... - that are intended for intravenous or intramuscular injections
ma puo essere iniettato attraverso la porzione terminale - but it can be injected through the last dose (???) - this bit doesn't make much sense
( vedere Avvertenze speciali ) - see Special instructions/warnings )

How would you translate the "ma puo..." part and is the rest correct?

I think "porzione terminale" is referring to a part of the infusion set. Think of it more literally, like the "terminal portion." I'm not familiar at all with infusion sets, so I'm not sure what exactly it's referring to. But it is saying you can inject it into that part of the infusion set and administer it that way.
