Serbian translation request

My parents live in France, and my father has somehow wound up being asked to attend Remembrance Day in Paris on behalf of British soldiers who fought in Salonika in the 1st World War - which is where his father fought. As such, he and my mother tend to get put up in a hotel along with the various Greek and Balkan veterans' associations, who often give them slightly odd gifts: this year it was a bottle of mastic liqueur from Chios, and a medal from the Serbs. Now, we understand that it's something to do with the Order of Alexander I; and in any case he doesn't expect to attend many events where medals must be worn, but I'm sure that my father would like to know what this certificate says:
